Q: Will the email content be modified?
A: No, the email content will not be modified at all. It is safely converted to PDF in read-only mode.
Q: Are attachments also included in the PDF?
A: We display attachment information (filename, size) within the PDF-converted emails. We also support automatic extraction of attachments themselves. (※Whether to include attachments as extraction targets can be optionally configured)
Q: Is support available?

Q: Can it be used offline?
A: Internet connection is required for email search and retrieval.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of emails that can be converted?
A: There is no limit within Gmail API restrictions (approximately 1 billion queries per day). There are no issues with normal usage.
Q: Is the security reliable?
A: We use OAuth2 authentication and only perform email reading and sending completion notification emails to your own account. It is a safe design that never sends emails to others or deletes emails.

Q: Can multiple people use it with one purchase?
A: Only the purchaser can use it. A "license key with 3 uses" is issued at the time of purchase, so please use it for authentication when you first launch the app. Please note that redistribution of the purchased app or the issued license key is strictly prohibited.
Q: Do I need to purchase the app again if I buy a new computer?
A: The license key distributed at the time of purchase has a limit of "3 uses." As long as you're within this number of uses, you can use it on a different computer.

Q: メールの内容は変更されますか？
A: いいえ、メールの内容は一切変更されません。読み取り専用で安全にPDFに変換します。
Q: 添付ファイルもPDFに含まれますか？
A: PDF化したメール内に添付ファイルの情報（ファイル名、サイズ）を表示します。また、添付ファイル自体の自動抽出にも対応しています。（※添付ファイルを抽出対象とするかどうかは任意に設定可能です）
Q: 複数のGoogleアカウントに対応していますか？
A: 現在は1つのGoogleアカウントのみ対応です。複数アカウント対応は今後のアップデートで検討中です。
Q: オフラインでも使用できますか？
A: メールの検索・取得にはインターネット接続が必要です。
Q: 変換できるメール数に制限はありますか？
A: Gmail APIの制限（1日あたり約10億クエリ）内であれば制限はありません。通常の使用では問題ありません。
Q: セキュリティは大丈夫ですか？
A: OAuth2認証を使用し、メールの読み取りと自身のアカウントへの完了通知メールの送信のみを行います。他者へのメール送信やメールの削除は一切行わない安全設計です。

Q: ひとつ購入すれば複数人で使用できますか？
A: 利用できるのはご購入者様おひとりです。購入時に「３回まで利用可能な『ライセンスキー』」が発行されますので、アプリ初回起動時には、そちらを利用してご認証ください。なお、ご購入いただいたアプリや発行されたライセンスキーの再配布は固く禁じております。
Q: パソコンを買い替えた場合、アプリを再度購入しないといけないのでしょうか？
A: 購入時に配布されるライセンスキーには「３回」までの利用可能回数を設けています。この回数以内であれば、別のパソコンでもお使いいただくことが可能です。
